"This is a nice little motel and has worked well for our annual float trip. A few of our friends mentioned that the AC units in their rooms weren’t putting out enough and they got a little warm, but our room stayed nice and cool. We brought a fan to help circulate the air, which worked great. The motel is clean, close to several food places, and only a short drive to the river. We stay here every year for this trip and will definitely be back."

"In Van Buren for a family reunion. The house fit the needs for 2 couples, or more. Master bedroom and bath are large, the 2 other bedrooms are ok in size. We used the extra bedroom for our suitcases, which worked out great. Spacious and stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, and bathrooms were supplied nicely. Enjoyed sitting under the covered drive with coffee in the morning rain. We would certainly stay here again. A few things…the kitchen garbage can was half full on arrival (odd). The king...
