"10 minutes from Catania airport which is why we booked it. 15 minutes walk to Euro pizza which was the best we had our whole trip! Supermarket across the street. The neighborhood did not have much else within walking distance. We booked uber for airport and there is a bus (L-EX). The rental is nice and clean. It is on the top floor with no elevator. "The property is nicely renovated but we were not aware of the .5 meter wide spiral steel staircase. I have severe arthritis in my knees and ankles and this staircase kept me grounded on the ground floor. There was a discrepancy between what VRBO charged me and what the owners thought they should receive. VRBO had to work on a settlement. The experience left a bitter taste. There is one feeder street that is one way, and the property is on a one way street. Catania Public Works had access closed...
