You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

On the beach

Feet in the sand...
If you are looking for a unique location: rolling out of bed, treading the sand and going for a swim in less than 1 minute, you are at home.

With a direct sea view of the Mediterranean, you can enjoy the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (with a bar and a large dining table) and dedicated office space. At the back, you find the night part of the house, consisting of 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Outdoors, you have a private terrace of more than 60m2 (complete with sunbeds, lounge chairs and dining table), that provides you immediate beach access. In addition, you benefit from an inner courtyard of more than 25m2 with a BBQ.

Upon your arrival, the beds are made and bathroom towels are provided. Beach towels you would need to bring yourself. For the BBQ (of the brand Weber) the gas can be purchased at nearby stores. Airconditioning is installed in the living room.

During the summer, the house is available only for weekly rentals with arrival on Saturday.

Fuyez ce piège complètement sous équipé.

Sejour gâché par les prestations de la maison qui ne correspondent en rien au prix de 3000e la semaine. Pas de chambres climatisées Literies plus que médiocre Pas d éclairage pour le soir sur la terrasse Fourniture de vaisselle et de verres lamentables. Bref ne bous faîtes pas piéger il y a à Valras plage des maisons sur le sable au même prix et beaucoup plus confortables. En outre le propriétaire se moque de ses locataires et ne répond même pas au messages Donc fuyez et évitez de vous faire prendre pour des vaches à lait.
