Welcome to Valras’Loc! This 40 m² beachfront house sleeps up to 3 guests. Located in a quiet area, it offers a terrace with an unobstructed sea view and direct access to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing escape to the sound of the waves.



The Space:

The house includes:

• 40 m² of living space

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)

• Living room with a sofa bed (1 person), TV, electric heating

• Open-plan kitchen equipped with: ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils

• Shower room with shower and toilet

• Outside: furnished terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue

• Washing machine available

• Private outdoor parking space in the residence



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house, the private terrace, and benefit from direct access to the beach. Parking is included within the residence.

Located right on the seafront in Valras-Plage, the house enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining close to all amenities. Shops, restaurants and the local market are accessible within a few minutes on foot or by car.
