"The complete facility was closed on Sunday afternoon 15:00, no one on the premises. When we got to the hotel at 15:30, we found that our key cards was not functioning any more and could not get into the building (-3 degrees outside?) I found a person from the kitchen (on the way home) that opened for us, but then we were not able to go out to food because we would not be able to get in again."

"The building and grounds are gorgeous, and the members of staff are lovely- so helpful and accommodating. We truly enjoyed a spectacular breakfast spread, with some delectable homemade goodies. Unfortunately, we arrived late and left early, so never got to use the facilities, which is what you pay for at a place like this. So for us, it was an expensive stay with not that much comfort. The beds were appropriate for more of a youth hostel or a hospital stay, with pillows akin to those you get...
