17 km from Ancenis, 26 km from Châteaubriant, and 50 km from Nantes, this small, recently renovated terraced house is located in the heart of the village of St. Mars-la-Jaille, close to all amenities. Public parking is available in front of the cottage.
Ground floor: Living room with open kitchen and separate toilet. Access to a 4 m² patio.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), 2: 2 twin beds (90x200 cm)) and shower room/toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi and a baby crib.
Included: Bed linen.
Not included: Electricity, electric heating, towels, and tourist tax.
