Go hiking or canoe down the Ardèche River...<br>Our holiday rental, “Le Bec de l’Aigle,” is located in the centre of the village of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. <br>The 66-square-meter rental is air-conditioned and within walking distance of all local amenities: restaurants, bars, shops, the market, banks, a pharmacy, a medical centre, and an Intermarché. <br>The holiday rental consists of: <br>Ground floor: open-concept kitchen leading into the living and dining area with access to the terrace (barbecue, awning, umbrella, patio furniture)<br>Upstairs: bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140/190 beds, and a “loft” bedroom with a 90/190 bunk bed.<br>One parking space is available. <br>Pets are not allowed. <br>The cottage is non-smoking. <br>A cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged if mutually agreed upon at your arrival. <br>Sheets and towels are not provided (but can be rented).<br>A security deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival.<br>For more information or to make a reservation, please feel free to contact me.
