Ground floor: garage, entrance. 1st floor: living room - kitchen opening onto a large terrace, separate toilet, bathroom (shower), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x200 cm). 2nd floor: games area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm). 3rd floor: mezzanine with sofa bed 160x200 cm, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200 cm / 2 single bunk beds 90x200 cm), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Shoe dryer in the garage. Sheets included + beds made on arrival. Located a few steps from the center of Valloire, this contemporary house offers beautiful volumes and a pleasant living environment. The kitchen open to the living room creates a friendly living space, with large bay windows opening onto a large south-facing terrace. Comfortable house 1.6 km from the center of the Valloire resort. Verneys chairlift 2.5 km away (Valloire-Valmeinier ski area). In summer, Col du Galibier, passage to the Hautes-Alpes 17.6 km away. Hiking and mountain biking trails near the cottage.
