Balcony + gravel terrace. Common ground. Ski Valloire link Valmeinier 1.5 km. Cross-country skiing 1 km. Contemporary country house 1.5 km from the slopes. Exposed hillside. Quiet hamlet. Superb preserved natural setting of meadows and forest. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Large exposed terrace. Large landscaped common ground (swing + boules). Magnificent panorama. 1.5 km from the slopes of the vast Valloire-Valmeinier domain (Galibier-Thabor domain and its 150 km of slopes). On the road to the famous Col du Galibier. Many sporting and recreational activities on site in summer. Large landscaped grounds (boules + swing + trampoline). Superb preserved natural setting. Ideal for children or for a stay in tribe!
