"This is an ideal location and great house. You have views of CDA from the decks and easy access to town via boat. We watched bald and golden eagles fly around the bay our entire trip. There are so many activities at the house between the games, kayaks and paddle boards. It was a great week with our family and grandkids. There are also tons of toys and supplies for kids of all ages. "
