However our family member had a mobility device that required a little bit more room to maneuver into the bathroom. We requested a roll in shower but did not get it. Unfortunately the shower head broke off and we requested another ADA room which there were no more. They allowed us to shower in another empty room. Awkwardly security had to remain outside the room while we cleaned up in another available room with a regular shower. "
