"When I went to the front desk this morning at 4:30 AM to catch my shuttle that I had reserved, I was informed that the shuttle driver had called in sick and there was no ride to the airport for me. When I asked what my alternatives were, the front desk clerk said I might have a guy, I can call him and see if he’s awake, but you’ll have to pay for it. I said if I’m paying, I’ll just call an Uber. I asked if the hotel would reimburse me she said no. She was not apologetic, or helpful and actually fairly rude considering my situation, left without a ride and no advance notice. Don’t trust the Airport Shuttle advertisement at this hotel. Stay somewhere more reputable."

"Front desk staff were not very inviting, no hello when we said hello, no good morning when we said good morning, not even a smile or a thank you. I am disabled and I had my own shower chair but we forgot the screws to put it together so it was a relief that the hotel offered one. Breakfast was good but for me who is in a wheelchair found it very hard to get around to get my own food, hardly any space and no designated area for me to sit and eat, found myself constantly saying I am sorry because I was in the way. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner is a great addition but it was disgusting! All 3 bottles were full of mold and mildew on them. I will say I loved the way the hotel smelled! I asked the hotel staff what the scent was but i was ignored. The bright market was so cute but the food items were dusty. "

"This property is a cozy apartment in a charming town. It was very convenient to Harrisburg. It's #1 feature is a rocking chair. They are rare in hotels and rental properties. There is only one significant drawback. Currently, there is no microwave so it is a little challenging to reheat food and if you travel with microwave popcorn there is no popcorn. :) Otherwise, it was a good stay. "

"The owner was very pleasant and responsive. The property was in a great location for quiet relaxation. Our college kids slept comfortably. Unfortunately, the master bed sloped from the sides to the center. After three very uncomfortable nights, I woke up with such neck, hip, and knee pain that we left early. We headed to a hotel to get a comfortable night's sleep before a long drive."

"Property very easy to get to and situated in a nice area with dining and shopping within walking distance. Historical home is gorgeous with very nice updates. My family stayed for the weekend and even the kids said it was a great find. House was clean, beds comfy, nice space outside for hanging out, gameroom and sitting room great for indoor relaxation. We even enjoyed a board game, provided by landlord, at the large dining table. Conveniently a high chair and playpin were avaliable and a welcome gift. Recieved frequent and timely communications through VRBO about the property and from inquiries. We cant say enough nice things about this experience. Will book again!"
