"A lovely retreat in a spectacular setting. Suggestions for improvement: supply shampoo and more soap in bathroom (consider a big bottle of liquid soap) and more essentials in kitchen (salt and pepper supplies were running very low and there was no cooking oil of any kind)."

"Great space! The layout was open with lots of room to hang out. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in great room. Bathroom was roomy and shower had rainfall feature. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back! Overall cleanliness was outstanding. We give 4 stars because trash was found in a nightstand drawer and bathroom floor; refrigerator had someone's drinks, goodies, and lunch left from previous stay."

"This quiet, private studio has been recently remodeled and is located directly on the bay. A beach to walk on and decks provide ample seating to enjoy the outdoors. Extremely clean and the owner has added many amenities to make it comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the fireplace is wonderful."

"Nice 1 bedroom with loft. Very comfortable for our family of 5 over the Christmas Holiday. Had all the equipment we needed. Very close to downtown Petaluma and right off the 101 Freeway. Two minor things keep this from being perfect 5. Parking lot is extremely dark and desperately needs some lighting, perhaps a flood light on a motion sensor. Loft bed is very squeaky, to the point that some of my family members had issues sleeping. Overall, a very cool place to stay and I highly recommend."

"The unit was immaculate! Very well appointed and updated. It is nestled in the woods but very close to River Road and downtown Forestville. It has everything anyone could need. We enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property in a lovely area of Petaluma, just a short walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The owners courteously kept us informed about anything we needed to know during our stay. The studio was cozy and well appointed and included games, snacks other extras. "Relaxing, well decorated space on a busy thoroughfare. Good location near Hwy 12 and Santa Rosa neighborhoods and Safeway. The fog came in on command every evening and acted as air conditioning for the space. Cool little vacation spot for those wanting to explore wineries in The Valley of The Moon."

"The property was great. Easy to get in and out, and felt private. It was convenient to the freeway, and to SRJC. As an added bonus, within walking distance of a nice park and brewpub!"

"This was a beautiful VRBO that is exactly as shown in all of the pictures and is described accurately. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, walk-in closet extra rooms, and I liked the outdoor patio space. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quite. The only issue that we had was that the entire unit smelled like marijuana smoke, (even after leaving the sliding glass door wide open for a few hours with the fan and heater on). My wife and I don't smoke, so it was...
