Cozy house in one of the most exclusive sectors of the city with traditional architectural design in the city of Valledupar, located 10 minutes from Plaza Alfonso López, with proximity to shopping centers and supermarkets. The house is subdivided into two completely independent apartments (Level 1 and 2) which can be ideal for large groups who want privacy but be close to each other. Level 1 has excellent lighting, is fully furnished, It has air conditioning in each of its three (3) bedrooms. In total, the level 1 apartment has a capacity of 4 double beds and 2 single beds, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and a comfortable living room with dining area. Additionally, it has a large backyard and a secure parking lot within the property. The house is a cool and airy haven to rest from those hot days of up to 40 degrees Celsius. Great experiences can be enjoyed just a few kilometers away: The vallenato festival, the Guatapuri River, the Zona Rosa and the center are some of the many attractions that the city has to offer.
