  • Simple apartment house "Limette". In the hamlet La Ciaccia 4 km from the centre of Valledoria, 50 m from the sea. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Public parking on the road. Supermarket, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Badesi 13 km, Castelsardo 14 km. Please note: car recommended.
    "Limette 1", 2-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom, without window. La posizione stupenda, niente toglie la bellezza di svegliarsi e vedere il mare. Purtroppo il caldo quest'anno si è fatto sentire. Senza l'aria condizionata e il maestrale, anche se c'è un ventilatore disponibile, è comunque difficile supportare. L'anno scorso lo sciacquone andava con difficoltà, quest'anno non funzionava affatto (abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci). La pulizia ok, come sempre tutto l'occorrente per poter cucinare e mangiare (posate, pentole)

Sehr einfach eingerichtet und vieles in die Jahre gekommen.  Belüftungsmöglichkeit zu gering (ein Fenster). Starker SCHIMMELgeruch. Schränke muffiger Geruch.  Eigene Parkplätze beeinträchtigen den schönen Blick auf das Meer. Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig.  Terrasse eingeschränkter Meerblick. Steiler Weg zum FelsStrand. Ruhige Lage wurde leider durch Musik vom nahen Strandleben (15min. Fußweg) in der Sommersaison untermalt. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen!

Un village sans grands intérêts situé dans un secteur un peu triste de l'île. Prix de la location un peu élevé compte tenu de ce qui précède. Véhicule nécessaire.

Nettes Apartment mit super Aussicht

Das Apartment ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist auch ein Grill und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, und man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der Höhepunkt ist allerdings die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse aus. Die Wohnung liegt günstig für Ausflüge an der Küste entlang. Ich würde sie wieder mieten.

La casa era accessibile dalle16 ma x avere biancheria letto+cuscini +asciugamani (pagati) abbiamo dovuto fare 10 tel. ed attendere le 19.30. pessimo! Giorno2: non c'è elettricità in casa (piano terra+piano 1) anche se i salvavita non sono saltati. Si scopre dopo diverse ore che il problema era in strada, nel contatore principale e non si hanno le chiavi. pessimo! Manutenzioni da fare: -rubinetto lavello cucina -divano letto privo di alcune doghe -alcuni fuochi non funzionanti -doccino bagno

Da unterer Bereich dadurch eingeschränkter Meerblick. Man sollte sich die Beschreibung sehr gut durchlesen, Kies und Fels - Strand steil abfallend. Um vor der Unterkunft an den Strand zu gelangen muss man einen recht steilen Weg heruntergehen. Ansonsten ruhige Lage, Supermarkt 5 min. zu Fuß.

Super Lage

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Toplage mit unverstelltem Blick, direkt oberhalb des Meeres. Sonnenuntergänge vom feinsten garantiert. Sie war sauber und mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet. Waschmaschine hat funktioniert. Gestört hat der muffige unangenehme Geruch, vor allem im Schlafzimmer, das keine Fenster hat und somit Lüften nur über die Zimmertüre erfolgen kann. Der Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung ist für 4 Personen fast etwas beengt. Alles in allem überwiegt der positive Eindruck.
