"Giovanni is a real connaisseur of food and wine and served us a lovely home cooked meal with a good local wine while we sat on a balcony overlooking his swimming pool. He goes to a great deal of trouble to make his guests welcome (big towels, linen napkins) and everything is done to an immaculate standard."

"The location is amazing and the staff were exceptional. Peter was on the pulse and the staff at all level were a 11 out of 10. They have the best smelling towels and house coats I have ever experienced. Better than most spas. The hotel is beautiful and so well managed. i can’t say enough about all the staff. "This hotel is lovely. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and quite comfortable. Santa Vittoria d’Alba is a quiet village without much to do and that is just what we wanted. It was a great location to rest after full days in Langhe. The only improvement would be a better breakfast offering. Other hotels in the area offer a greater selection of fresh produce and pastries. "

The family hosts are unbelievably nice and make extra effort to make everything so comfortable (even on unrelated concerns like helping me problem solve a parking ticket from Lake Como and paying the Freeform Toll). A stunning property, cannot believe we were able to get in same day after leaving an unhappy property in La Morra. Though the exteriors are traditional, the interior finishes are new and modern.
