"The location is great. The staff were like lifetime memorable best hotel we've ever stayed at. Including at the restaurants. We were here in a heatwave and it's especially hard to sleep when it's 90° in the room and no air conditioning and if you open the door it's above the very loud bar. However the staff was so fantastic it's hard to not give them a five-star review and that's why it's a five star."

"The location was beautiful. Great views. The check-in process wasn’t the best. When we arrived, no staff was at property. We found a note on the door with a telephone to call. The person who answered advised that she would be there in about ten minutes. A man arrived in about that time and walked us in, gave us room keys, instructions on how to get in and out of the building and information about the breakfast hours then left. We didn’t see anyone else until the following morning. When the room was booked it said breakfast was included; however, after we had our breakfast we went back up to our room, gathered our things and walked down to the lobby to check out. No staff was at desk, so we left the key on desk and headed out to our car. As we loaded up, the lady who was working at the breakfast area ran out to stop us saying we needed to pay. I was confused since we were told breakfast was included, however, I did not question or argue the situation. I apologized for the confusion, paid, and left. Except for this incident, our 1 night stay was okay. We really didn’t expect much since we only needed a place to sleep and shower. I do think having staff available for check ins and check outs would work much better."

"Great location just outside of Cortina d’Ampezzo. The room is clean and spacious with lots of sockets for charging devices. And amazing view of the mountains! The provided breakfast had a good selection and the in-house bistro served pretty good food too. There’s only 1 washing machine and dryer though, if you’re unlucky you may have to wait 1.5 hours for the drying cycle to end."

"Cute boutique hotel but our timing was a bit off. Lots of noisy construction going on during our stay. The place next door had a backhoe digging much of the day and the restaurant at our hotel was being renovated. Noisy until 6:30 pm during the weekdays. We spent our days hiking so wanted a quiet place to rest in the afternoons. No AC so we really needed the door open to our balcony but the noise was overwhelming. Very nice staff and they served a lovely buffet breakfast in a tent in the front. Close location to the town center with lots of restaurants and shops."
