I had read some reviews saying the property seemed a bit tired, but we didn't experience that at all. We arrived by train and walked to the hotel, about a 10-15 min walk. We're not young anymore, but had no problem with it. We booked the smallest room for just one night and found it perfectly fine. Clean, very quiet, great view of the mountains, good breakfast, very friendly and accomodating staff. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located in a great location right on the edge of the entrance to the old town. There is a good breakfast spread with many options. We got a three person room and the room was pretty large and fit us three but the pull out sofa wasn’t the most comfortable. Mattress was okay. The cleaning before entering the room could have been better. Found stray hairs of previous person in bathroom and on the floor. Sheets had a few stains on them. There is only a shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo that I am never a fan of. Plus there is no shower head, only something you hold. In regards to parking, we needed to pay for it which was annoying though not too expensive (I think it was 10 EU a night) and the spa is not free! Even as hotel guests we were expect to pay 20 EU per person. This felt ridiculous to me and a major downside for this hotel. I think if I were to stay in Aosta I would look for better accommodation.

Breathtaking view from room.
This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is slap bang in the middle of town, has private parking for €8 a night. The room is good, clean and functional with a big comfortable bed. The shower is good. Breakfast is served to the table and you need to order it the night before, not everything that we ordered was served and the waitress was on the unfriendly side but the reception staff were super. The view from the room is breathtaking.

A place that we would definitely go back!
Wonderful! The staff were kind and accommodating, the hotel was clean and in a perfect area for being downtown and also close to the PILA lift for skiing. New spa was cute and the robes were waiting for us in our rooms before our appointments.

Great location right off walking street
Actually easy to find drive straight on to walking street from Plaza Republica, first driveable left turn (first is a dead end alley) there is a hotel sign too, right at the end and you are there. Pull to the left of the building to the barrier and stop. The desk will open the barrier and you are in parking... 8 euro/day, 5 euro if you book through hotel website. Nice rooms, good free wi-fi, Keurig coffee make and hot water pot, fully controllable a/c, laptop sized safe, mini-fridge but no washcloths or kleenex. Plastic drinking “glasses”. All in all just a fine place to stay.

The location is convenient. Very close to main street. Breakfast was much nicer than most hotels. Very, very clean. Staff was wonderful. Mountain view from our room was breathtaking. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent. Highly recommended. located in the center,old city. very short walking to the shops and restaurants area. Modern, specious room, clean, great facilities and great staff. Convenient parking. Easy driving in/out of Aosta, for traveling in the Aosta valley and its surroundings.

GREAT LOCATION. Very very close to main part of "old town" where you can walk to all the cafes and shops. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Clean room with espresso machine. Quiet area. Little hard to find hotel with google maps.

Modern interiors in a traditional town
Great hotel close to everything. Modern design. Spacious room with separate seating area. Great shower with lots of pressure although glass partition slightly small so sprays a bit on floor and toilet. Toiletries lacking but still would highly recommend. Free parking. Hard to find on GPS so call to get directions.

Convenient for Pila ski lift and town centre dining. A very pleasant small hotel but let down by the fact that on 3 separate mornings there was no hot water for a shower. Including our day of departure at 0300 in the morning?!

Lovely hotel in the heart of this beautiful town. Staff were really helpful and accommodating and spoke good English. Hotel is well furnished and beds really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Staff was amazing but the parking was definitely tricky to find. Just know you have to drive into pedestrian area that looks like you should not enter. The rooms were small as expected in Europe but cozy and comfortable. Overall a good value for the rate we paid!

A great stop over hotel in a lovely town
The hotel was clean and modern, perfect for a short stay. The most notable plus, was the attitude and helpfulness of the young lady on reception - extremely good! The only comment I have is that it is difficult to find - we were not aware that we could drive into the pedestrian area to the hotel - If we knew ahead, we'd have been in this nice hotel sooner.
