"Nice relaxing house with different activities for kids / family. There options to sit and enjoy a chat or read, or around the pool or on a shady outdoor space. Outdoor bbq with wood / charcoal was easy to use and cooked well. Easy to clean as well. Luis did not speak English however we were able to communicate easily and he replied to my message very quickly. Definitely my recommendation for a nice, relaxing family holiday."

"A decent stay in a spacious apartment, walkable to beach and city center. ! But if you prefer to be away from noise, think twice or at least ask for a room in the back (opposite side of the club downstairs). No complaints about the apartment itself, front desk clerk could not understand a word in English. It was very difficult to make change in reservation. We canceled our third night booking within free cancellation time frame but they did not even have that updated info."

"First of all, we arrived at the building and it was absolutely freezing in the building and in the apartment. All the blinds were down so the beautiful morning sun could not have warmed the place up. Luckily there were several space heaters and the wall unit that heated the place up after a little more than an hour. The pipes under the sink in the bathroom started leaking in the first hours. Pere came over and fixed within a few hours. The glasses in the cupboard and some pots were dirty....

"I researched all the hotels of Girona before my trip and wasn’t sure whether or not to pick Nord 1901 as the reviews were quite mixed, but I’m really pleased I did. The best thing about the hotel is the location, which is ideal for exploring the most interesting and beautiful parts of the city. The hotel is just round the corner from the bridge to the old town, next to a lovely square and a bustling shopping street. Yet it was still very quiet at night. The room was huge, almost to the point of feeling a bit bare! The bed was comfortable and I slept deeply on both nights of my stay. Shower pressure was spot on. Staff were helpful and polite. Overall, the hotel is a little old fashioned in style but at this price point, for the size of the room and the hotel location, it’s a really good deal. "

"Excellent stay in Girona. We use this hotel as a stopover from the UK to the south of Spain. Very clean, premium in room toiletries (Rituals) and very friendly atmosphere. Our dog travels with us for a small supplement and he can sit in the lounge bar for evening meals/ breakfast. 15 minute walk into the city, nothing too tasking. Overall 10/10. Pilar on front desk very welcoming!"
