The STUDIO located on the 7th floor with panoramic views of sea between the Lerins Islands and the Cap d'Antibes, with an area of about 35 m2 with large furnished balcony, overlooking LE CAP D'ANTIBES and Lerins Islands and wooded hill is luxuriously meublé.Il includes a large living room leather lounge, LCD TV, table for 6 people and occasional furniture, marble bathroom with WC, a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven rotating-heat, microwave oven, induction hob 4 burner stove, dishwasher, utility room containing many independent cupboards
with washer and dryer, closet, parking, concierge open Monday to Saturday security.
