Bedding & Sleep arrangements
The villa offers 4 bedrooms on the First Floor:
1- The Master Bedroom, with its own bath and shower en-suite and access to the large terrace, offering stunning sea views. It can only be arranged as a double bedroom.
2- The second Bedroom, with its own shower en-suite, access to the same large terrace, also offering the sea view. It can be arranged as two single beds or as a double bed.
3- The third Bedroom, also offering access to the same large terrace. It can also be arranged as two single beds or as a double bed. It shares a bathroom (with a bath) with Bedroom 4.
4- The fourth Bedroom offers access to a side terrace, therefore the view is not as breathtaking. It can also be arranged as two single beds or a double bed. It shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

It also offers a fifth Bedroom on the Ground Floor, with its own en-suite shower room. Again, the bed can be arranged as two single beds or a double bed.

Tennis courts are located a couple minutes down the road (not private).
The land extends over 1000m2.
