It was easy to check in early and located close to Disneyland for a few days stay.

Pros- Free parking Really close to the parks, about a 10 min walk Mini fridge AC works really well Staff is nice and friendly Cons- carpet is filthy. I forgot my sandals and walked around barefoot for maybe 5 minutes, and by the time I got in the shower my feet were black with dirt. outdated no breakfast

Waiting hours for valet multiple times

Booked this hotel for the bi level loft. Let me start off by saying that the rooms were really spacious and the property was clean. The staff might have been the highlight for me. Incredible staff that were helpful, accommodating, and even saved some toys we accidentally left behind eve hours after check out. One of them they held for us until the next day. The breakfast was fine. Not much to ring home about, but it was nice to not have to pay extra for breakfast and the “make your own waffle bar” was a big hit. The only reason I am giving it it a 4 star review is the location. It was very walkable and it was never a problem in the morning. At night, after long park days it would be nice to have an option other than uber (although it was only like $10 including tip to uber to the park). I know it’s not Clemente’s fault that ART went down, but that was the only negative. We did walk basically the entire time we were there though it was totally fine. Just laziness at the end of the day (lol).

Parking a bit full often. Luckily we did not have to leave much otherwise we’d have problems finding a space. Staff overall very helpful & accommodation. Appreciate the service & good customer service.
