My grandfather's house

In a small, very quiet hamlet, at the foot of the Trizac summer pastures and in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, this traditional Auvergne house, dating from 1822, has been completely restored. It enjoys a beautiful aspect and panoramic views of the Sancy massif. You have a pretty, tree-lined courtyard at the front, and at the rear of the house, a large, secluded garden with a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright living room of 55 m², with its large farmhouse table, its traditional fireplace, and its old-fashioned scullery. In the same room is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living area with a TV. A hallway leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and storage. Central heating and electric radiators (extra charge based on consumption). Comfortable holiday cottage. Capacity: 5 people. Pets not allowed. All shops, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc., are 7.5 km away in Riom Est Montagne.
