"Accueil et capacité d'hébergement: ok, machines à café et fourniture pour petit dej : ok... mais literies ayant vécu ++ , tapisseries et peintures des années 80 ayant subies infiltrations et moisissures, installation électrique dangereuse avec fils dénudés, y compris dans la salle de bains !! Necessiterait une sérieuse rénovation et mise aux normes avant de figurer sur un site de location !!"

"La maison est grande et confortable : 4 chambres, un grand salon-salle à manger, une cuisine bien équipée, deux salles de bains, un jacuzzi etc. Dans une rue calme, elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'agglomération (Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Belgique). C'est une maison très bien adaptée pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Attention toutefois aux escaliers qui sont assez raides, et qui peuvent causer des difficultés aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande vivement cette maison."

"Edwige (patronne) adorable disponible et serviable mais je pense endroit mal adapté pour 14 personnes (14 sportifs) . Ballon insuffisant (eau chaude très vite épuisé) et salle de convivialité (salon cuisine) un peu petite. à mon avis mieux adapté pour maximum 8 personnes. mais pas de regret tout de même car très bien accueilli ."

The great advantage of this location is that each room comes with its private bathroom, and there is an elevator, so there is no problem for people that are old/disabled. LeSable is well equipped, with a swimming pool (not heated at this time of year, but we managed...) and a billiard table. We highly recommend the restaurant next door (O'Vignes). "Description was accurate except for the address. Address was the owner's residence not the advertised place. Strong smell of vanilla when we arrived but it did not seem to be covering anything in particular. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions were otherwise complete. The property description was accurate as well. We would stay again."

"Alles is aanwezig om een gezellig verblijf te hebben met een aantal gezinnen. Ruime (bad)kamers, grote tuin met veel speeltuigen en een Ofyr voor de mannen. Hiervan hebben we lekker genoten, dankzij het uitstekende BBQ- pakket, vers gebracht door de eigenaars!"

"Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing.
