"The Continental and American breakfast was included in the hotel vacation stay and it was a a missing, they didn't have it because the hotel only had coffee and orange juice for breakfast. So, as a Marriott shareholders I gotta buy extra creamers and the American breakfast every day for 20 nights at the Denny's next door. Denny's breakfast: eggs with bacon, sausage waffle, muffins, pancakes, coffee and juice for $15 dollars."

"Room was updated and very comfortable. Communications via phone and text were easy and I received responses promptly. Only slight drawback was the limited parking, but both nights we were there we were able to find street parking right around the corner very easily. It was a great stay and if we are back in West Palm Beach, we will visit again!"

"What we like is that is very nice located, the lobby smells good staff is welcoming, yesterday when we call lobby they didn't have no clean towels. , but I also would said that the lady at front desk told me she would do a load and get me some clean towels after we come back from dinner , breakfast is poor, the room is ah , smell like humidity carpet broken, door paint like is peeling the tv control only work when was close by tv, the pool was full of bugs and dirty, my kids didn't want to used ,this hotel need a upgrade I paid $ 190 not $ 60 I expected more."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During my visit, I spotted five cockroaches in the room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property. A hotel room should feel clean and safe, but this experience made it difficult to relax or enjoy my stay. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses pest control and sanitation immediately. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this hotel to others."
