Quiet, good location, enough size, common kitchen are positives. Negatives: wooden ceiling and windows and old building (despite modernized) are conducive to some bugs and poor isolation (sound, light, wind).

Very nice room with toilet and small refrigerator. Very quite location. In north Ciutad Vella, very close to Cathedral and bus to Oceanografic and Turia gardens. Cleaning and towel change are not carried out during the stay but shared washing machine and dryer are available. Shared living room and kitchen available.

Clean room, but small. Room not cleaned daily, towels not changed daily. One window, no view, quite dark. Sound proofing not great to other rooms. Noise from corridoors and lift as all rooms doors very close to each other. €100 a night is expensive for no towels changed daily etc. Emilio very handsome on reception. Location excellent. Smell of sweage in the corridors and lift Shower water pressure excellent. So much so if you turn the power on to full, the shower head actually flies back and comes off the handle. No bin in room, only in bathroom. Air conditioning excellent. Last day, rudely awoken by cleaner at 10am telling me to leave. App showed checkout at 11. I had to go and speak to reception. They admitted fault and said I could stay until 11, but morning was ruined with rude encounter being told off in spanish for overstaying welcome. 10am checkout and 4pm check-in is bad. Overall, nice place with good location, great for exploring, but a few short comings.

This place is so clean and tidy, almost brand new and very modern and comfortable with super air conditioning. Had enough storage space for hanging clothes and a mini fridge in the room and a very competent and spacious en suite and a small desk with a chair. The balcony was lovely but I didn’t really open the curtains much because windows look almost directly into the room. The bed was simple and comfortable for three nights - yes it’s quite flat but it’s not uninhabitable. The rooms are closely packed together so a bit of neighbour noise does travel but other guests were generally respectful and kept the noise to minimum. There is a lift which takes to all floors and also a shared dining room and kitchen which I didn’t use but it looks quite well equipped. The building is simply beautiful and there is a nice little restaurant next door with al fresco tables. The place is walkable to everything you need in Valencia - the river / park, the old centre and the touristic spots. I would highly recommend this place for solo travellers who need somewhere quiet and comfortable and clean to stay in the epicentre of the city.

This is a student residence. Generally good. The power points were loose. There was a communal kitchen and dining room but we were not sure if we could use it. Reception minimal.

De check-in verliep snel, het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De accommodatie heeft een centrale ligging in een rustige zijstraat , zonder geluidsoverlast.Gelegen naast Plaza de la Virgen.

La chambre était correcte pour un petit séjour, pas immense, tout était propre à mon arrivée. Le frigo fait un peu de bruit; le matelas pas le plus confortable mais on s’y fait par contre communication était moyenne, je n’ai pas eu les instructions du check in jusqu’au matin même en atterrissant

La chambre supérieure est très cocoon, simple mais très sympa. Le lit simple est assez confort, il y a un frigo et la fenêtre est bien isolée. L’emplacement à deux pas du parc est génial, mais pas de possibilité de se garer. Certaines choses pourraient être améliorées : le bruit, on entend les voisins parler ou tousser, et le nettoyage, il y avait des poils dans la douches et aux toilettes. Sur le reste rien à dire

Majoitus vanhan kaupungin laidalla hyvällä sijainnilla. Siisti huoneisto. Vähän huonot äänieristetyssä, äänet kuuluivat huoneista toiseen. Pyyhkeet piti vaihtaa mutta ei vaihdettu, otin yhteyttä vastaanottoon mutta ei vastattu eikä soitettu takaisin. Vastaanotto ajat eivät pitäneet paikkaansa vaikka piti olla paikalla.
