Comfortable apartment and a warm welcome

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The apartment is immaculately clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideally located with Metro and supermarkets close by. Pascal couldn't be more helpful and Elba gave us a warm welcome on arrival. We will be staying again.

Convenient in every way

Perfect for us

We are 2 friends who travelled to Valencia for The Fallas. This was a perfect location away from the crowds but easy to get everywhere either by bike share, metro or walking. Grocery stores are close by and there was a street market on Saturday morning.

Excellent apartment!

Extremely clean and everything you need is in the apartment. Great location, 2 minutes walk to the metro and the supermarket is also around the corner. Perfect host as well. It really felt like our house. Spacious, big kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms and the living area. We would highly recommend it :)

Comfortable apartment far from the Historic Center

The apartment met my needs after some rearranging of furniture so I could use half the dining table as a desk. The kitchen is ample, with enough counter space for preparing meals. I particularly liked being able to control the room temperatures with individual controls. Be prepared, however, to provide your own bags for recycling, and to buy paper towels, napkins, and additional toilet paper should you need more than two rolls.

Comfortable, inviting and well appointed apartment

Great apartment with superb facilities. The beds are mega comfortable, there is a very well appointed kitchen, and fast internet. The apartment cannot be faulted and is a great launch pad into the city. Only down side is the proximity to the city centre itself. We had a five year old with us and although the metro station is a five minute walk away, it would have been better for us if the apartment were a bit closer, mainly so we could have gotten back quicker during the day. Saying that, the local transport links are brilliant, and if we were returning, we would certainly stay again - with or without kids.

Great appartment

It's a lovely appartment, very clean. Great shower, good beds, kitchen very well equiped, even has a dishwasher. Wifi works perfect. The neighbourhood is quiet, although on saturday night we heard some noise from the street, but not too bad. If you want to go downtown it's about 20 minutes walk or you can take the metro. I believe there is a busstop around the corner, but we didn't use that. Some nice restaurants and bakery's are in the neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay here, maybe a little balcony would have made it even better, but we didn't really miss it. Roberto and Elba are lovely people, Valencia is a beautiful city and maybe we will come back one day! Gracias por todo!

Perfect

The apartment looks brand new. It is charming, loved the neighborhood, families walking around at 10 o’clock at night, it was walking distance from the metro which made it exceptionally easy to get to the beach. Local shops, fruit stores, olive shops, pizza, bakeries and groceries all walking distance. Pascal is quick to answer any questions. The apartment itself is fully loaded with everything that you will need. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the tv but I’m sure that was operator error. I hope to come back soon.

Convenient and well located

Voyage en famille

L'appartement est top et bien équipé. Seul petit hic : le réglage de l'eau de la douche trop chaude ou trop froide. L'emplacement est bien, pas trop loin du centre-ville. Il y a plusieurs commerces assez proches pour faire des courses. Nous avons été accueilli par Roberto qui respire la gentillesse. De l'eau potable et des oranges fraîches dans le réfrigérateur sont des petites attentions qui font plaisir.

Super Wohnung um València kennenzulernen

Wir waren zwölf Tage mit der Familie in Valencia und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Von der Wohnung aus, kann man die Stadt perfekt erkunden. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand ist mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht ein bisschen weit. Aber es gibt fußläufig ein Freibad. Für einen Städtetrip ist die Wohnung perfekt. Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr netter Vermieter.

Nice house

Nice house, clean, comfortable and with all the necessary! Close to the metro and also some buses to reach the center! Absolutely recommended! If I were to return to Valencia I would contact Pascal again. Appartamento grazioso, pulito, comodo e con tutto il necessario. Vicino alla metro e con alcuni bus per raggiungere il centro. Assolutamente raccomandato. Se dovessi tornare a Valencia contatterei nuovamente Pascal.

Valencia ist eine Reise wert

Die Wohnung war super gelegen, Mann war sogar zu Fuß in 30 Minuten in der Altstadt. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super . Außerdem gibt es gleich unten jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum preiswerten Frühstück 👍

Un peu plus d’informations

L’endroit était parfait mais nous vous trouve quelquefois difficile de se retrouver dans la ville et pour se rendre à l’appartement. Les portes n’ont pas toutes des adresses et pour les touristes c’est difficile de se retrouver. L’autre chose est que le voyagement en métro est difficile. Au départ il faudrait avoir des indications comment fonctionne le métro. Nous nous sommes aperçu après plusieurs jours comment les lignes fonctionnaient. Nous avons manqué quelques excursions à cause de ce problème. Je sais que ce problème est plus du côté de la ville mais c’est une critique constructive qui pourrait améliorer la vie des touristes.

Real Valencia experience

Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in a residential area of Valencia. Lots of shops and cafe/bars locally but fewer restaurants to go for "a night out". About 6 minutes walk to metro. Number 11 bus used very often as it goes to market/old town from just around the corner. Apartment has quirky decor and is very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was extremely helpful throughout. Some Spanish was helpful to complete the key handover. Generally little English spoken around the city. If you want to explore the city from an ordinary residential neighborhood then this is a great place to stay.

Très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet appartement et nous en sommes très contents. Il est d’abord bien agencé , tout confort et calme ( et propre). Il est bien placé car le métro n’est pas loin. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et Roberto qui nous a donné les clés. À refaire !

Nous avons passés 5 nuits dans ce bel appartement. Rien à redire sur quoi que ce soit, tout était parfait ! Je reprendrais sans réfléchir cette location pour mes futures venues à Valencia ! Très bon contact avec Pascal le propriétaire et Roberto qui nous a accueilli sur place !
