TrĆØs dĆ©cevant car le titre ne correspond pas Ć  la rĆ©alitĆ©. Pas de Spa, une clim qui sent trĆØs mauvais (le moisi), aucun service, rien que pour rĆ©cupĆ©rer les clefs ce fut compliquĆ© car ce sont des "hĆ“teliers" improvisĆ©s dans des logements classiques. Personne pour vous accueillir, pour vous donner un simple code wifi (qui marche quand ils ont le temps) et quand vous rĆ©ussissez Ć  les joindre, ils vous parlent en anglais alors qu'on leur rĆ©pond dans leur langue... bref, ne faites pas lĆ  mĆŖme erreur que nous, surtout vu le prix!

Das Appartment ist gross genug fĆ¼r bis zu 4 Personen. Damit habe ich die wirklich positiven Seiten schon fast aufgezƤhlt. Die KĆ¼che ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Es gab drei (3!!) Messer und auch drei Kaffeelƶffel. Ein halber - durchgeschinttener SpĆ¼lschwamm war vorhanden, aber kein KĆ¼chentuch zum abtrocknen, da keine SpĆ¼lmaschine vorhanden war, mussten wir ja von Hand spĆ¼len... Im Bad waren veschimmelte Fugen in den Fliesen, die Spritzwand in der Wanne war rostig, Handtuchhalter waren kaputt... Das Wohnzimmer hatte Klimaanlage, der Rest des Appartments leider nicht... Ab Freitag hatten wir kein Wlan mehr - ob der Vermieter da schon meine erste Bewertung gelesen hat, weiss ich nicht, komisch ist es schon.

No es un complejo turĆ­stico sino residencial.

No es un complejo turĆ­stico. Es un apartamento en un edificio residencial. No puede hacerse uso de las instalaciones de la comunidad de vecinos si no se paga un extra. NO TIENE SPA. Dicen que pagando aparte puedes ir a uno en otro punto de Valencia. Ninguna foto estĆ” relacionada con el apartamento. Son fotos de otros edificios. Es todo un engaƱo. Es una agencia que alquila apartamentos de particulares. No hay recepciĆ³n, etc. Las camas, muy cĆ³modas y el apartamento muy grande.

Het appartement was donker. De woonkamer en de keuken hadden een overdekt balkon, waardoor er weinig daglicht naar binnen kon. De matrassen van de bedden lagen niet lekker. Je kon de springveren in je rug voelen. En je kon het verkeer horen als je in bed lag.

Huoneisto itsessƤƤn oli siisti, tilava ja avara ja kaikki tarvittava lƶytyi. RappukƤytƤvƤ ja pihapiiri olivat myƶs siistejƤ. Pihalta lƶytyi lasten leikkipaikka. Se mitƤ olisimme kaivanneet niin "kylpylƤpalveluja", joita olimme hotelli kuvauksessa ajatelleet saavamme, nƤitƤ emme lƶytƤneet talonyhtiƶstƤ.
