Arrived 2:30pm, check-in 3pm. Supposedly no rooms with king or queen bed available. After almost 24 hours of travel had to take a room with 2 single beds. Front desk staff not very friendly or accommodating. Overall, the front desk staff didn't speak very much English so it was challenging to communicate. Google translate helped but I think because we weren't local people, they didn't care. I've stayed at other NH hotels but this was the most disappointingt

Near center, lacks charm, few lounge chairs
This is a blockish, modern style, somewhat dated hotel. It is 10-15 minutes walk from the historic center. This hotel is used by a lot of tours/buses. The restaurant has a limited, but surprisingly good restaurant with a very kind and helpful staff. The pool is pretty but only has a few lounge chairs, so a lot of people walk away disappointed.

Lovely stay
Really lovely stay. Hotel slightly dated but clean. Staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Pool was small and cold but perfect at the end of the day to cool down after a lot of walking. Lovely roof top terrace overlooking the city. Location is great - near to the bus station and the metro. Turia park across the road. 15 minute walk into the city centre.

Carmen at the front desk was incredibly rude. EVERYDAY. Everyone else was fine. We did have issues with our room key not working and noticed several other guests with the same room key issue. Other than that, pleasant stay.

The AC was barely to not working at all at this place. There was a leakage at my bathroom that I decided I was not going to report it as I did reported the problem with the AC and I was told that it take time for the AC to start working the cleaning staff was extremely noisy early in the AM and you could hear all the noises from the street and the room adjacent to yours. Would I ever go there again? The answer is NO.

The hotel and the staff were great. The furniture a bit old, but everything was clean and with a great location. The only detail was that in the next block, beside the bus station there was a group of homeless consuming drugs. Nothing happened to us, but we were a bit stressed to be walking back and pass in droit of them.

The hotel nextdoor, the Turia, was better equipped, better service, good food and less expensive. My bathroom was so small it was a contortion exercise, and I am of an average size. My complaint about the broken lead to the lamp in my room was ignored even though the switch crackled and the light flickered in rhythm with the crackling. I wish I had booked the Turia

Good location just to the north of the Turia river.Very friendly and efficient staff.Rooms were very well appointed.Only criticism is that the shower head is too near the wall !!

Unfortunately our two rooms were between the lifts and was very noisy. We would have liked tea and coffee facilities for a four star hotel. However the hotel was clean, friendly staff and a convenient location.

Do not stay in this hotel
Where do I start, the staff are super rude. The lady who I was dealing with on the day wasn’t even on the check in desk. People were standing waiting. When the two ladies came out they had a attitude of as tho they didn’t want to work but stay on their mobile phones. Didn’t check my detailed properly, asked me to pay when I had already paid for the room and then ignored without saying sorry. The lady was argumentative didn’t let me finish my sentence when I asked to speak to the manager she laughed and thought it’s funny. I told her colleague but she didn’t care also. Just gave me key and didn’t give me any information about the hotel. The next day I complained to her colleagues and I told them I would state all this on the review and they didn’t careless they said you are welcome to write it. Very bad attitude. Location is far also. I would say stay in another hotel so not waste your money on this hotel. I also asked for a double bed and they said they don’t have and i made a request at time of booking. They said they are fully booked but they said had rooms available to book online. Lies again. If you are a couple expect to sleep on two single beds. This is. 2 star hotel and service 1 star.

Good location for onward travel by bus
Located next to the bus station and a pleasant stroll through the Turia Gardens to the centre of Valencia. Perfect place for a a night or two and, if staying longer, there is a roof-top pool and bar with fabulous views of the city.

The hotel needs a bit of an update looks a bit tiered. Housekeeping staff very friendly and the room itself was clean but the bar/ dining room seriously understaffed and the service wasn’t great at all.

Great staff
The staff made this a great stay. Great location for walking into the centre and accessing the zoo. Room lacked tea and coffee facilities and some signs of old water damage on the flooring; otherwise very comfortable. They were able to provide a travel cot and bedding for out infant.

Nice hotel but noisy
good location with nice amenities however the hotel is very loud as there is little to dampen noise in the hotel. The noise emanates from the rooms and hall, not the exterior of the hotel. Staff is very pleasant and the breakfast is wonderful with a large array of foods.
