It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.



The accommodation:

Ground floor apartment located approximately 250 metres from the beaches of Cabañal, Malvarrosa and Las Arenas, accommodating up to 4 people. It is the perfect combination for getting to know this Mediterranean city, birthplace of Western civilisation. The city of Valencia boasts mild beaches with which to combat the summer heat. Easy access to public transport. Its functional layout and location will allow you to make the most of Valencia's good weather.



The 65 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Spacious open-concept living-dining room, with sofa, HD TV, dining table and 5 chairs.

- Fully equipped open kitchen with everything necessary (oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle…).

- Master bedroom with double bed of 150x190 cm equipped with a pedestal fan.

- Second bedroom equipped with double bed of 150x190 cm pedestal fan and with access to a small laundry area where the washing machine is located.

- Bathroom with sink, toilet, cupboard, mirror and shower.



It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel in bathroom) and coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The neighbourhood:

Malvarrosa Beach, located north of Valencia Port, offers its visitors 3 kilometres of coastline with golden, fine sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later became a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and currently maintains its charm as a modern area of the city, in the midst of renovation. As a curiosity, it was named after its plantation of aromatic herbs and rose mallows. It is perfect if you want to go with family or to sunbathe in a relaxed manner, but it is also great if you want to practise any sport facing the sea, as there are areas specially equipped for the more active.



Within 100 metres of the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez… Valencia is a vibrant city full of history and culture that will not leave you indifferent!



How to get around:

Just a few metres from the building there are various transport options available;

- Bus Stop: Dr. Lluch ( 19 – 92 ) / Les Arenes ( 32 ).

- Numerous bicycle rental stations.

- Tram. La Cadena Tram Station an 8-minute walk away.
