Hotel ILUNION Valencia 3

"Liked that the cleaning crew worked around my needed time in the room. Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time. I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day."

"Everything about the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The restaurant had a good menu we really enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was a little outdated but very clean and caused us no issues at all with comfy beds. However we were told by Expedia we could pay on arrival at the hotel. I sent my share of the cost to my sister but was charged through my bank account in uk currency. My sister arrived at the hotel after we were charged and we were promised a refund after she paid in Euros. As promised I was refunded but in Euros which meant I lost £33 in the exchange. Expedia sent messages and I also spoke to a human who said we could pay at the hotel. Nobody has been able to help me before and after this problem. Very disappointing."

"This hotel was a solid choice and offered a more local, everyday feel than properties located in major tourist districts. The area felt like a normal neighborhood, with a grocery store, pharmacies, convenience stores, and a decent-sized shopping mall all within walking distance. Although there is a large highway next to one side of the hotel, the rooms were quiet and comfortable once the windows were closed. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. WhatsApp is essentially required for communicating with the hotel, but responses were quick whenever we needed assistance. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is not close to the city's main attractions. Most sightseeing destinations require a walk to public transportation followed by a bus or train ride. This location is better suited for travelers who prefer a quieter area and don't mind using transit. For airport transportation, the metro is by far the easiest option. The nearest station is less than a mile away and provides a straightforward route to the airport. We found information online about an airport bus, but it was difficult to locate and not well known locally. Overall, this hotel provides a comfortable stay, a quieter atmosphere, and convenient access to everyday necessities, making it a good value for travelers looking to experience a more residential side of the city."

"Nice, clean modern hotel. A decent walk or short metro from the centre but there are nice bars and restaurants on the main road around the back of the hotel Room was good with excellent views, only slight complain is the lack of coffee in rooms The pool area is nice enough but lacking in atmosphere, ditto the bar."
