Sterile environment. Hallways were bare white. Staff not very friendly they just followed rules. We could not get a one hr early check in even though the hotel had low occupancy. We had too ask for extra pillows, none in closet. No bath mat. The soap dispenser was on the opposite wall of the sink. ...

Honestly, the only thing I would change is I wish the gym was open for longer than 7am-7pm. Other than that, I don’t have anything but wonderful things to say. This is a proper 5 star hotel
