"Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay again purely for the ski in ski out access and views. "

"After arriving at the accommodation, we experienced an unpleasant shock. It is a beautifully designed apartment on the third floor - maisonette type. However, the accommodation is shabby and equipped with old furniture of all kinds. Bedroom: musty duvets and pillows. Closets full of stuff - you can't tell if it's washed or used. Shelves attached in such a way that you fear they will come off. There is nowhere to store your clothes. Living room: Settee and armchairs pushed in and dirty upholstery. Many electrical cords plugged into an extension cord. Many lights were off. Unorganized dishes in the kitchen and some dirty dishes. No towels. We had to wash all the dishes beforehand. Dirty extractor hood - a deposit of greasy dust on the filter. Undried bed linen in the bathrooms. If I pay €180 for cleaning, I don't expect to have to wash and dry clothes one after the other. Plus, I can't wait in the apartment for the laundry to dry because I'm blocking the cleaning lady. 3x Bathrooms - no towels, there was no soap at all or it was diluted with water. The apartment was not cleaned upon arrival. Bottles, cans in the kitchen. A full ashtray on the balcony. Old shoes thrown in the corner. Dishwasher not emptied. The trash cans in the toilets were not taken out. The owner charges 180 EURO for the final cleaning. We immediately called the owner and asked him to refund the cleaning fee. We suggested that we clean the apartment before our departure, No answer from him."

"Be aware that sheets/towels and breakfast are extra...we didnt know that beforehand and ended up costing about $160 more for a family of four. The area is beautiful and very quiet. The cabin was clean and large, with a loft that slept four which my kids loved. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and cookware. We had a very relaxing, pleasant stay. To get to the cabin, you need to drive through a gate (and need to pay about $5 using a credit card) and then find the main lodge. None of this was explained to us by Hotel.com so added some stress and confusion at the beginning."
