Step into classic Southern charm at this beautifully preserved historic home in Valdosta’s Georgia Park neighborhood. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home offers plenty of room for families, professionals, or groups. Soaring ceilings, original trim work, and timeless architectural details add character throughout. Outside, unwind by the private pool or relax in one of the inviting living spaces. Located just minutes from VSU and SGMC, this centrally located retreat blends comfort, history, and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and pool. We have some locked closets. Our cleaners keep their supplies in these closets. Please do not attempt to open or unlock them. Guests will not have access to the garage during their stay.
Other things to note
In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door and side pool door.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in.

BE WARNED - There are many reasons why this property is non-refundable. This property was a nightmare and was definitely not ready for occupancy. My family and I recently stayed at this Verbo Rental property, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. When we arrived, there were no lights outside and was concerned for our safety. We had to use our cell phone lights to access the front door. We found the place to be without heat or hot water and bugs throughout the property. Communication with the host was ongoing regarding issues. I reached out multiple times about problems during our stay, including a broken heater and a malfunctioning shower. Although the host maintenance crew responded but offered no real solution as the issues were not fixed. I felt neglected and not valued as a paying customer. Additionally, the amenities described in the listing were eighter unavailable or in poor condition, such as furniture and the advertising high-speed Wi-Fi, which barely worked, and the other bedrooms were missing T V's from the wall brackets. The overall environment did not feel safe or welcoming, and I was disappointed by the lack of care shown to guests as maintenance crew walked in and out without announcing themselves. I definitely would not recommend this Verbo Rental to others. There are many better options available, and I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and make significant improvements for future guests. I wound up catching a cold.
