size of property: 500m². Information about the holiday flat DUAI The holiday flat DUAI is a 3 1/2 room flat in the extension of the Hotel Helvetia in Müstair: built in 2024. The health oasis, as we call the new extension, is located in the village centre of Müstair and yet in a quiet location. A double room with Swiss stone pine furniture and box-spring beds, as well as a room with 2 cabin beds (for 4 children or adults) Living room and kitchen are combined. The wet room area is lined with Valser stone. Hairdryer and towels are available. Optimum furnishings; satellite TV and WLAN. Kitchen with oven, incl. kitchenware and Nespresso coffee machine (Badilatti coffee capsules can be purchased at the hotel reception). The flat has a balcony with table and chairs. On the ground floor of the health oasis there is a swimming pool (included in the price) The SPA can be booked separately and our guests can also benefit from a great range of massages. The garden will be completely redesigned in summer 2025. The flat is rented at an all-inclusive price.
