"We were on a cycling trip. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful in locking away our bikes in a secure location. The beds were very comfortable and showers hot! Breakfast was standard continental with plenty of food available. Located a little out of town centre and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are in need of some minor maintenance but comfortable."

"A pleasantly surprising stay in the Saumur/ Doué-la-Fontaine area of the Loire. This property while modern is a gem, we benefited from a comfortable clean and pleasant family room, with a window opening up onto their rear garden area. The owners, a sweet young married couple, are clearly utterly devoted to this hotel and every touch has their signature. The stay was perfect, the room wonderful, cozy and comfortable and they cannot do enough for you. 11 out of 10!"

En fait de chambres dans le château nous étions logés dans d’anciennes réserves dont le ravalement n’était même pas réalisé, les gouttière n’étaient pas raccordées et le jardin autour à l’état de terrain vague. Les chambres sont sans penderie, sans TV et sans Wifi mais avec une odeur d’écurie persistante. Le petit déjeuner s’est résumé à 2 madeleines pour 2 et pour 2jours.Ayant séjourné 2jours la chambre n’a pas été faite durant notre séjour"
