Perfect hotel

Great hotel amazing staff, breakfast and dinner perfect with the compliments to the chef and owners that always check that you are satisfied. Will be back for a stay for sure.

We stayed in July for a whole week and although it was a quiet place, the hotel is very old, the WiFi was terrible and it is so far from every attraction that unless you really want to stay there I wouldn’t recommend at all. For instance, the hotel was 2.5 hours from Tre Cime each way, which is the main attraction. The breakfast was always cold and they didn’t have very good options. Since the hotel is so far away from everything you should leave before 7:30am to find good parking spots, but if you do that you won’t be able to have breakfast there because it starts at 7:30am and they don’t offer breakfast box like any other decent hotel. Overall the experience was not very good.

E vero è capitato che ci sono state forti piogge e ci sono stati problemi con l'acqua potabile. Ma servire il caffè (inbevibile) freddo e il latte freddo non capisco cosa c'entri con l'acqua. Quindi colazione buona abbondante ma senza un buon caffè non esiste mi dispiace. Stanza rumorosa e sporca con delle ragnatele enormi.

Lage:  Ruhig in den Dolomiten gelegen. Hinten am Haus fließt ein Fluß vorbei, herrlich das Rauschen, wir mögen so etwas. Unterkunft für Zwischenstopp oder auch länger geeignet. Zimmer: Saubere Zimmer verschiedener Kategorien, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wie gesagt sauber! Ein Flasche Wasser gratis! Bad sauber und die Dusche sehr geräumig. Viele verschiedene Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Betten mit weißer Bettwäsche sehr sauber, prima! Da es zur Zeit relativ kühl ist haben wir uns über die tolle Heizung sehr gefreut, war angenehm warm, haben wir schon anders erlebt. Danke Service: Sehr kompetentes und aufmerksamesPersonal. Frühstück und Abendessen gut und man bekommt unaufgefordert kostenfrei eine Flasche Wasser. Auf Allergien (Laktoseintoleranz) wurde reagiert. Sojamilch vorhanden. Betten sehr gut. Kommunikation: WIFI gut. Gute Bandbreite.
