Great place near beautiful beaches

A great brand new apartment, clean, cozy, and close to many activities. Enough to fulfill a week of holidays without too much commute : beaches, surf courses, caves, hikes, cultural tours,... And Jezabel is perfect in communication and anticipation.

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat. The flat had enough space for us (two adults and two teenagers), it was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We wanted for nothing. There is a well-maintained communal pool. The landlady was always available by mobile phone and gave us good tips (great beaches, restaurants and leisure activities). We really liked the area. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Betten, schönes Bad. Alles sauber. Ausreichend Handtücher. Das Äußere der Anlage ist allerdings recht lieblos, was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht, weshalb ich eigene angehängt habe. 5 m direkt vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern verläuft die Hauptstraße. Da Pechon ein kleines Dorf ist, war nicht viel Verkehr. Gestört haben uns mehr die grellen Scheinwerfer, die die gesamte Anlage die ganze Nacht beleuchten. Gestört haben uns auch der beengte Platz für den Esstisch und die sehr unbequemen Holzschemel zum Sitzen. Vermisst haben wir einen Staubsauger und ein Bügeleisen vor allem aber Wlan. Das steht auch nicht in der Beschreibung, sollte aber bei einem Objekt in dieser Preisklasse selbstverständlich sein. So konnte man auch den Smart TV nicht wirklich nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit Isobel war freundlich und zuverlässig. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass sie deutlich kommuziert hätte, dass in der Wohnung eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine ist. Da wir ja wussten, dass es in Pechon zwar etliche Lokale aber keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, hatten wir alles Nötige vorab besorgt, um uns dann am ersten Morgen vor dem Frühstück auf die Suche nach einem Supermarkt machen zu müssen...Das war sehr unangenehm und wäre leicht zu vermeiden gewesen...

Muy buen apartamento totalmente reformado, muy comodo y funcional, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias tranquilos con la familia. Muy buena ubicacion con varias playas a pocos minutos en coche.

Très bon séjour mais quelques points négatifs

Points positifs - Très beau village de Pechon avec plages petites mais très belles. Proximité du parc Picos de Europa. - Appartement neuf et très propre, et bien équipé Points négatifs - chambre à coucher à quelques mètres de la route qui traverse le village, pas énormément de passage mais bruit important pour dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte - Normalement il y avait une piscine mais compte tenu des contraintes sanitaires liées au COVID les propriétaires ont décidé de ne pas l'ouvrir (d'autres piscines étaient pourtant ouvertes). Dommage j'avais choisi cet appartement pour la piscine. D'autant plus que le propriétaire m'a informé de cette fermeture juste après la confirmation de la réservation et le paiement.
