Nestled in the heart of Termignon, this cozy alpine retreat is a welcoming base for your Val Cenis adventure. Just steps from the ski slopes, shops, and local restaurants, it offers both comfort and convenience for couples, small families, or friends. Located on the 3rd floor, the 29 m² apartment is designed to host up to four guests. The sunny living room opens onto a balcony, perfect for enjoying fresh mountain air or watching the light play across the peaks. Inside, you’ll find a flat-screen TV and an open kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and coffee machine—ideal for easy, home-cooked meals. For sleeping arrangements, there’s a double sofa bed in the living area and a curtained alcove with bunk beds. The bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, and toilet, with an additional separate WC for extra convenience. An outdoor public parking space is available, and free WiFi is provided at reception. Please note, pets are not permitted. With the cable car only 100 m away, shops within 150 m, and a restaurant just 50 m from your door, everything you need is right at hand. Overall impressed with property and location but details about whats included needs updating!! As invoice and phone calls to belvilla state bedding towels and cleaning included but then arrive to find its NOT and have to pay extra!!
