"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. "Attention to little things such as placing a variety of chocolates/nougat/calissons each night on the bed and a bottle of wine to welcome guests. Food was excellent. Cocktails were lovely. Having indoor and outdoor pool was a bonus. The nearby town of Forcalquier was well worth visiting"

"Excellent service from front desk and excellent food from the bistro. The property is very cool. Unfortunately our room had some issues. One was what seemed to be a faint lingering smoke smell. They had an air freshener, perhaps to mask it, but it was too strong and we put it outside. Second, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Lastly, plumbing issues, the shower head was spraying all over ceiling. The AC was shut off for season, but it was still quite warm in October when we stayed, so that added to the discomfort. "
