"Fantastic hotel with pleasant staff. Check in was easy although we struggled to park even in the underground. Seemed a lot of cars with long stay papers in the windscreen. "We got a reservation at this property, however no one got back to us with instruction on how to enter the apartment. We got there at exactly 4pm and no one was there to open the door or to handle us a key! Very disappointed. We had to look for a new hotel in a city we do not know."
