"Absolutely amazing place and incredible hosts. We had a brilliant stay, the room and chateau were beautiful, finished to a very high standard. Breakfast was delicious and the renovations that are being completed are very exciting. The pin ball machine collection in the basement was such a great surprise! And fun! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend "

"Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak & unreliableBathroom/water leaks – The shower was not functional & the bath leaked heavily causing water to pour through the kitchen ceiling. This resulted in water dripping directly onto us & our belongings while in the kitchen, raising a serious concern about electrical safety. The bathroom floor was stained & the kitchen ceiling showed cracks & visible water damage suggesting a long-standing leak.The bath plug was broken, the taps were not connected properly & the bath itself was coming away from the wall. In order to use the plug I had to use a kitchen utensil to remove it.Safety incident – Most seriously my child slipped in the kitchen due to water leaking from the bathroom above & sustained an injury. This was a key reason for us leaving the property early.We were not shown or given access to the third bedroom in the annex despite having paid for it. Access was only provided after we raised the issue & it took over 24 hours to receive a response.There was no conventional oven or washing machine, neither of which was made clear before booking. This made our stay significantly more difficult.The beds were not made up & the property was not in clean condition.The “hot tub” provided was a small inflatable model that could not accommodate a family. This likely explains why there there was no picture of it in the booking details.Various light bulbs were not working."
