Peace and tranquility for 2 in the heart of Provence.

  • Sabine and Alex welcome you to their holiday appartment for 2 people, adjacent to their Provencal farmhouse. This tastefully decorated gite with wooden beams and terracotta floors is set in an extremely secluded surrounding of vineyards and olive trees, all of which belong to the owners.
    You will not be disturbed by other guests as this is the only rental in this area and you will with access to a 10 x 5 meter pool. This gite is equipped with air condtioning and sheets and bath towels are provided.
    Only 5 minutes drive from the lively Provencal market town of Vaison la Romaine, where all amenities can be found.
    If you looking for calm, you've found the right spot!

Hosts are very welcoming. The gite is very comfortable and fully equipped. Garden is lovely and the pool great. A visit to the domaine is highly recommended because the wine is excellent. The surrounding is great with lots of things to do or to visit.

Stunning respite in the vines

Alex and Sabine were kind and welcoming hosts. The apartment is clean and quaint and the surrounding yard and garden are beautiful. We much enjoyed dips in the pool and of course having AC in the summer is a wonderful bonus. He nearby town, Vaison la Romaine, offered quite a bit to explore. Try to get to the market on Tuesday morning. Great home-base for our roving stay in the south of France. We will dream of our return!

Perfect week

We had a perfect week in a cozy house in a wonderful surrounding of vineyards belonging to the domaine of the owners, a well maintained garden with a nice pool.There are nice spots to lay in the sun or the shade and to enjoy the silence. The whole property is laying a little bit higher so that you can have a nice view over the landscape. The house is equipped with everything you need, even an aircondition if needed. The owners live right next door with enough distance to each other. They are very relaxed and easy-going and helpful if needed. It is a perfect spot to get recreation and enjoy the beauty of the Vaucluse. We ll return!

Als je van stilte en rust houdt is dit the place to be. Heerlijk verblijf tussen de wijngaarden. Zwembad is ook een topper.Een leuke gite met alle voorzieningen voor 2 personen.Vriendelijke ontvangst van Alex en Sabine (eigenaars van de gite). Zijn gereserveerd De wijn van domaine Amandine is de kers op de taart !!!

Wunderschöne Aussicht, toller Pool, sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr nette Gastgeber. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier richtig… der Anfahrtsweg zur Unterkunft ist etwas holprig(schotterweg)ansonsten waren die Tage megaschön.

Urlaub September 2024

Auf Grund der Daten im Prospekt sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass wir eine hervorragende Unterkunft vorfinden, die genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprechen würde. Die Angaben im Prospekt wurden von der Realität deutlich übertroffen. Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man für das Wohlergehen benötigt. Die Umgebung und der Garten mit Sitzecke sind eine Augenweide. Wegen des schönen Wetters konnten wir häufiger im Garten frühstücken. Das Fehlen eines Fernsehgerätes sehe ich nicht als Mangel an, da wir im Urlaub viel unternehmen und, wenn es das Wetter erlaubt, gerne draußen sitzen. Der Zufahrtsweg flößte mir bei der Ankunft zunächst etwas Respekt ein. Dies war jedoch unbegründet. Man kann ihn mit jedem gängigen PkW, der nicht tiefergelegt ist, gefahrlos fahren. Alex und Sabine sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die sich immer wieder nach unseren Wohlbefinden erkundigten. Die Begrüßung bei unserer Ankunft war herzlich. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir einen kleinen Imbiss und eine Flasche Wein vor. Auf dem Tisch stand eine Schale mit Obst. Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderschönen und wegen der ruhigen Lage der Wohnung auch einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir waren hier für knappe zwei Wochen Anfang Mai und haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Sabine und Alex waren von Beginn an sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben uns toll empfangen. Eine Flasche ihres köstlichen Rosés stand bereits im Kühlschrank und auch für eine erste Mahlzeit war alles da. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. und die Lage inmitten der Weinberge wunderschön. Der Garten um das Haus und den Pool herum ist traumhaft und wir konnten auch schon baden. Die Nähe zu Vaison-la-Romaine ermöglich viele Ausflüge und für uns war Anfang Mai auch das Wetter sehr gut zum Wandern, denn hier gibt es neben Kultur und Genuss (unbedingt essen gehen in Seguret, im Le Mesclun) viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Auf jeden Fall möchten wir gern noch einmal herkommen. Vielen Dank, dass wir hierher kommen konnten.

Emplacement idyllique avec vin et oliviers

Sabine et Alex Suter sont des hôtes très chaleureux et sympathiques. Votre gîte simple contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le jardin est magnifiquement conçu et semble naturel. Un paradis. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise et avons pu nous détendre à merveille. De la propriété vous avez une belle et large vue sur le paysage provençal. Nous apprécions et recommandons vivement les vins du vignoble du Domaine de l'Amandine!

Prachtige lokatie

Huisje op een prachtige en rustige locatie, midden tussen de wijnranken. Klein maar compleet ingericht, schoon. Meer heb je niet nodig midden in de zomer. Heel fijn dat er een zwembad bij is. Lastige weg voor fietsers om het huis te bereiken. Dichtbij Vaison en andere leuke dorpjes. Hosts zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam, zelfs verse bloemen, wijn en lekkere hapjes in de koelkast. 2 gezellige hondjes die af en toe aan komen wandelen. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad, genoten van het weer, de gezellige dorpjes en lekker gefietst in de omgeving.

Ruhe, Kultur und Entspannung

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen mit Tapenaden, Oliven und Wein aus eigener Produktion und konnten nach langer Fahrt schnell entspannen. Sowohl Vaison-la-Romaine, als auch die weitere Umgebung im Vaucluse bieten reichlich kulturelle Highlights und die Umgebung geprägt von Wein, Oliven und Lavendel ist ein Genuss für die Sinne. Der Pool im naturnahen Garten bietet Erfrischung und war in diesen heißen Sommertagen ein wahrer Segen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir bedanken uns bei Sabine und Alex für eine wunderschöne Woche in der Provence.

Disappointing.

We only stayed for 2 nights of a two week stay as we were really disappointed by the overall standard and upkeep of the property - at 20 years old It's well overdue for some refurbishment. The location is as described "amongst the vines" and it probably still could be very nice if it had some money spent on it.

Ein Kleinod in herrlicher Landschaft

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Sabine und Alex Suter sind sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber. Sie haben ihr Ferienhäuschen liebevoll mit allem eingerichtet, was nötig ist. Großartig ist der schöne naturbelassene Garten mit dem Pool und die Aussicht in die herrliche provenzalische Landschaft. Kulturelle Highlights, bezaubernde Bergdörfer und gute Gastronomie finden sich in naher Umgebung und laden zu Ausflügen ein. Den Wein vom eigenen Weinberg- der Domaine de l`Amandine- können wir außerdem sehr empfehlen! Wir sind dankbar für 2 wunderschöne, erholsame Urlaubswochen und kommen gerne wieder! Moni und Albert

We enjoyed the lovely, cozy cottage between the vineyards. Hospitable owners, clean rooms and equipped with all comforts. Nice little pool too. Good base for the beautiful villages in the area. We will surely come back sometime.

Un paradis sur terre

Entre vignes et cigales, l'accueil a été élégant et chaleureux, le gîte conforme à nos attentes, de nombreuses attentions de bienvenue de la part des propriétaires. Le calme et la sérénité permettent de se ressourcer. De nombreuses balades et la découverte de nombreux villages sont possibles dans la région.
