"A four star hotel at a five-star location. Staff are friendly and willing to help, but lack the training, attentiveness and initiative of properties like the Oberoi or Leela. Actual hotel is lovely and classic, but most certainly needs upgrades to fixtures, furniture, etc...to truly be a five-star hotel. Food at restaurants was outstanding."

"Very good, but… the hall ways and rooms had musty smells. The room was quite small. It’s European, so no air conditioning in hall ways, which is annoying. The beds were way too soft for my liking. For this same price you can get more luxurious options. But it wasn’t bad for 1 night passing through. And the staff were very nice. Breakfast not bad."

"This is a great hotel to stay in for a couple nights. I'm not the hugest fan of the location but the hotel is decent. Small critiques would be they need to add a little paint to the bathrooms and figure a way to eliminate the old smell in the hallways. The staff is superb! The food is great. Drinks are costly but it's expected at a 5 star hotel."
