Beautiful saltwater pool overlooking the ocean, very friendly helpful family at reception, very clean, great location, food available or use kitchen.

Absolutely beautiful property! Staff and bartenders are excellent! Pool Bar is great. Food is wonderful. View is perfect and the pool is perfect! Room amenities perfect. One complaint- directional signage to your room is awful. Listen to the desk clerks directions and make sure you know where to go. The signs will drive you crazy!

This is a pretty hotel with large clean rooms and helpful staff.

Excellent stay with a spotless and generous sized room. Comfortable lounge(s) for waiting for check in or after check out. All of the front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful - in particular Clara (sp?) who was so gracious with all the things I asked her about. (She may have been the manager.) Do recommend asking for a 7th floor or higher Ocean view room so you can see the water and not have sight line blocked by the ferry building across the street. Also the property has an excellent location within walking distance of lots of interesting things and convenient to the cruise terminal, ferry dock (and even airport via taxi) . The roof top bar was fantastic for catching a beautiful sunset. The connected breakfast & lunch coffee shop / restaurant was delicious, convenient and fair priced. I highly recommend this property for a before or after cruise. Bed was very comfortable, room had lots of charging outlets (some European) and the balcony was a nice retreat. They even provided luxurious beach towels at no charge for use on our trip to the PK public beach. Only recommendation for improvement would be to add a shelf in the shower to hold your personal soap bar or hair products.

Very close to cruise terminal and everything is right around the corner. Staff is very helpful and everything is well kept and clean
