Maison de l'ancien Presbytère

Located in Vagnas, Ardèche, this charming 150 m² holiday home welcomes up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will enjoy a private, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a high chair for children. Once the village presbytery of Brujas, this 3-star property combines historic stonework with modern comfort.



Relax on the private terrace and in the pool area, offering a 300-degree panoramic view and complete privacy. The outdoor spaces are ideal for unwinding, and the new pool furniture ensures your comfort. Soak up the sun on the terrace while admiring the open views of the surrounding countryside and river. The pool is open from mid-June to late September.



One pet is welcome, and smoking is allowed on site. Parties are not permitted, and the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. One bedroom at garden level stays naturally cool, while the others have air conditioning. The attic bedroom is brightened by a skylight.



The lively village of Barjac, 6 km away, offers restaurants, a cinema, a wonderful Friday market, and summer events. Final cleaning and weekly pool maintenance are available for an extra fee.
