LES 3 EAUX - 14 people

Les 3 Eaux is one of the five accommodation at the Domaine de l'Astic. With its large professional kitchen, spacious vaulted dining room, expansive panoramic terrace, and en-suite bedrooms, it serves as the ideal central hub for large groups. Often rented in combination with the estate’s other cottages, it can accommodate 8 to 14 people.
From the terrace, shaded by hackberry trees and offering an exceptional view of the Ardèche countryside, you enter a bright and cosy dining/living room. Adjacent to it, the professional kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, several refrigerators, a freezer, and two dishwashers (one of which is commercial-grade), making it perfect for group meals.
The upper floors feature four bedrooms spread across two levels:
– two triple bedrooms (double bed + single bed),
– two quadruple bedrooms (one double bed plus a set of single bunk beds).
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (shower or bathtub).
The cottage also features two large game rooms equipped with ping-pong, foosball, billiards, and a television—perfect for social gatherings. There is also another large reception room with sofas adjacent to the dining room.
Enjoy all the amenities of the Domaine de l’Astic: a heated pool with a panoramic view of the Ardèche Gorges, a mini-farm, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, play areas (table tennis, foosball, pétanque, football), as well as numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails.
