unsafe goa safe resort
With Goa notoriously suffering from corrupt cops determined to rip off tourists with non existent fines, roads condition dangerous and infrastructure dubious, it is refreshing to find a safe resort where you can unwind and relax. tacked away in a street far from traffic, means also you will sleep well. I stayed in april when even the evenings are hot and humid, this demands air con, however the electricity is not reliable. This is not surprise for anyone accustomed to india frequent power cuts. However in a international resort state such as Goa, you would think that resorts had indipendent power generators to make up for when the electricity is cut. Such a simple solution is not even remotely understood and the staff will give you candles or lamps if you ask but forget the fan and air con, for what sometimes means hours, this happens several times everyday. Second objection is the pool, again not unusual for indian standard, a swimming pool is a big hole filled with water, nothing else forget filtration or recycling of water what you have is stagnant water that is never cleaned or refilled with fresh water. The hotel is ok for indian tourists but for eveyone else be very patient and adaptable. The staff is super nice and try hard to make your stay pleasant, my attidute was modest and I suggest you the same to have a good time here.

An awesome trip to Goa, and the best was the hotel
Staying in casa de royal was an good experience. I will recommend others to visit the same as the hotel and staffs are very good. Maximum destination places like beaches, bars, disc, fort are very near by the hotel.
