"The property is good and restaurant also has decent food options. But their hospitality was not upto the mark. We checked in at 4 pm (2hrs post check-in time) still they made us wait 40-45 mins saying payment issues, ID Issues and all that. This could have been dealt better."

"Room was okay, STAFF service was really poor and make sure they do not touch customer food and water bottles as I have noticed they have used water bottles and foods and perfumes. I have booked this hotel from Hotels.com and owner of this hotel mentioned there is pool, gym and breakfast lunch and dinner all inclusive but there was nothing so please do not get trapped by owner's list of amnesties. Everyday I had to call staff to clear out my room, change towels and hand soap, liquids, toilet...
