"From the moment I arrived, the kindness and thoughtfulness of Antonio and Assunta were amazing - thank you for looking after me, your advice and kind offers. The villa itself was in a beautiful and tranquil location, with everything you could need. There was even a roof terrace with a beautiful view down to the sea. The large garden area had lots of different areas to sit outside and enjoy, including a pond and rockery which Antonio had built himself. The seafront and beach at Torre Vado could be reached on foot (about 2km downhill on quiet roads) - a great place to go for a swim, to eat or for a drink. The kitchen was very well-equipped and there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and some wine to welcome me. It was a great location from which to explore the coastline - Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and only an hour from the beautiful city of Lecce which was well worth a day trip. Some great recommendations for places to eat from Antonio and places to visit.Antonio was always available for help or questions, but was also discreet and careful not to disturb. Very kind hosts and a truly beautiful place to stay for ten days.Grazie mille per tutti !"

"The landlord welcomed us very warmly, even though we arrived just after midnight—seven hours later than planned due to a flight delay. The appartment is very clean. The photos still showed the old kitchen and furniture. Everything has been modernized, and there is now a dishwasher as well. The small town, which has numerous restaurants and two supermarkets, can be reached in 200 meters.A small beach can be reached in two minutes, while the larger beaches are 1–2 km away; you can walk there or find parking for your car.Unfortunately, the large, shady terrace has no view. However, there is an additional shower with hot water there.The price-performance ratio is reasonable so we can highly recommend the apartment."
